American Bowhunters Outdoor Adventures - Home

"American Bowhunters" that is who we are... Team American Bowhunters Outdoor Adventures was created by one man's desire to pursue his passion and love for the outdoor world...and hunting its grounds. His name is Kurt Wall, his ambition is contagious, as he has influenced and continues to influence many of his friends who are hunters to, "get more into it." Kurt is an avid hunter, a student and a teacher of the sport. As Kurt continues on his path, with the support of his team, bowhunting can be taken to a new level of participation and understanding. Kurt's knowledge of the sport is more than extensive. Combine that with the patience he exudes throughout his many hunts and you will find the root of what has encouraged even more of his friends, those who had never hunted before, to take up the sport. It was a direct result of this encouragement and contagious ambition that the Team American Bowhunters Outdoor Adventures was formed.

>> On August 13-15 we hit the fish fast and furious up in Wildwood, New York. It was the last leg of the triple crown and the heat was on. Engine troubles and release issues could not stop the team from placing 2nd in the Wildwood Tournament and 2nd overall in the Triple Crown Wildwood Section...What a great time!!! Special thanks to Mike Barber and Debbie for organizing the tournament.

>> On July 23 and 24, Kurt and Laura went to Assateague Island where they were hunting for the big boys (large southern stingrays). Kurt said, "We didn't see a lot but I was able to reel in my biggest to date... a 65 pounder. How sweet! Laura had an awesome time pulling in four stingrays, as well. She's really starting to hit everything she aims at." Congrats Laura! A special thanks to Chris and Michelle for bringing us on their boat. We had an awesome time!

American Bowhunters is looking into going to Cape Cod to do some bowfishing for sandsharks sometime in August. As long as we get the okay from the DEP we will be on our way!

Wish Us Luck!
